Stephanie Smith, President
Stephanie is the Founder and President of The Mac Group, and President of the newly acquired ROSE CITY management companies. She has an extensive 20+ year background in the industry and is committed to providing board members with innovative ways to build positive community management, including offering continued education, and knowledge on community property standards. Her designations include Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Professional Community Association Management (PCAM), the industry's highest designation. She is also actively involved in the DFW Chapter of Community Associations Insitute (CAI).
Renae Walters, Chief Operating Officer
With over 15 years in the finance industry, Renae is the financial team guru, as well as acting as COO for our company. She strives for excellence by training Board members on understanding their community's financials, assisting with investment options, and the collection of assessments. Renae previously worked with several Top Five accounting firms, including Ernst & Young, and the FDIC. Renae’s dedication to learning an eye for detail are what make her a great team leader and it shows in her monthly financial reports she provides to each Board member and Business Developer.
Lonna Blake, Vice President of Operations
Lonna oversees the ROSE CITY office in Bullard, TX, focusing on commercial and project construction management. She is an accomplished licensed Real Estate professional with 30+ years of experience, specializing in commercial, office, residential, and retail. She works closely with property owners, investors, and large REITs to maximize their investments, providing critical analysis in all aspects of development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, building operations, and property management, with over $4.1 billion in real estate transactions and developments. Prior working partnerships include MCG Real Estate (CEO), Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (VP of Operations), Lincoln Harris CSG, International Capital LLC, and the FDIC Real Estate Division. Lonna lives in East Texas and enjoys spending time with her family and world travels.
Linda Weidert, Director of Accounts Payable and Receivable
Linda comes to Texas from the Cornhusker State of Nebraska. She got her degree from Collin College in Plano, Texas, and has been with The MAC Group since 2016. Before joining, she Linda and her husband operated their own business for 10 years. Linda handles the day-to-day accounting, accounts receivables, and works with the new clients as they transition into The MAC Group.
Michelle Burr, Director of Operations
Michelle is a seasoned property management professional with 20+ years experience, spanning high-rise communities, condominiums, townhomes, single-family residences, multifamily properties, and commercial portfolios. Her diverse background equips her with a comprehensive understanding of operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of property management. In addition to her extensive private-sector experience, she has worked in building inspections and code enforcement, giving her a well-rounded perspective on compliance, safety standards, and municipal processes, effectively bridging public regulations and private community operations. She is committed to establishing policies and procedures that promote efficiency, consistency, and long-term success. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and takes pride in building strong, collaborative relationships with Boards of Directors and homeowners alike. Her leadership approach is grounded in professionalism, accountability, and a dedication to ensuring every community she serves operates smoothly and successfully.
Rafael Hill, Community Association Manager
Rafael has been an active member of the community management industry and the Community Associations Institute (CAI) for the past five years. He joins the DFW Chapter from the Nashville, Tennessee Chapter, bringing valuable experience and insight. He is enthusiastic about becoming part of your community and looks forward to working closely with residents and the Board of Directors to ensure a seamless transition and a continued standard of excellence in service.
Jessica Milburn, Community Manager and Administrative Assistant
Jessica joined us in 2019. She handles ACC requests for our communities, delivering exceptional customer service, and is our ambassador for clients and residents. She is an avid animal lover and experienced with American SIgn Language.
Cori Walters, Assistant Manager/Office Manager
Cori started as a receptionist with the MAC Group in 2016. Specializing in her organizational skills, and excellent customer service, she now works diligently handling office administrative needs, supplies, mass communications on the community website, compliance notices, and gate systems.
Belinda Cogburn, Administrative Assistant
Belinda brings 20+ years of experience in the HOA property management industry, with a strong background in administrative support and customer service. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to homeowners and board members alike. Belinda excels at managing day-to-day operations, coordinating communications, and ensuring a positive experience for residents while supporting the overall success of the communities she serves.
